Charterhouse Asia has obtained an exclusive license from Charterhouse UK in 2018 to develop schools in 17 Asia countries or regions, including: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Bhutan, Brunei, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, and Vietnam. The license term is for 50 years with a right to renew for another 50 years.

Charterhouse Asia also has an exclusive right to open and operate an international school in UK.

In 2021, we opened Charterhouse Malaysia, an English-medium college specialising in iGCSE and A Level, in Kuala Lumpur. Our next step is to expand our school network to China and other regions in Asia to bring the premium British education to the local students.
